Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a LiDAR wind sensor and software suite designed to efficiently and cost effectively increase the power output of electricity generating wind turbines, announces that the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2, Paragraph (G) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

David Lis, Non-Executive Chairman of Windar Photonics, was appointed as a director of Hostmore plc on 18 August 2021. On 18 September 2024, administrators were appointed to Hostmore plc.
