Appointment of Joint Broker

The Board of Flowtech announces that, with immediate effect, Singer Capital Markets Advisory LLP (Singer Capital Markets) will assume the role as joint broker, to work alongside Panmure Liberum Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser and joint broker.

Notice of Half-year results and webcast presentation

The Group is planning to release its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 on Monday, 30 September 2024; the results will be available to view and download from the Company's website www.flowtechfluidpower.com . 

The Group will also be holding a 'live' presentation which will be hosted by CEO Mike England and CFO Russell Cash via the Investor Meet Company platform at 12noon on the same day.
