Release of the annual financial report and documentation for the Shareholders' Meeting on April 10, 2025

Milan, March 19, 2025. With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Generalfinance S.p.A. (the "Company") to be held, in a single call, on 10 April 2025, it is hereby announced that:

• the annual financial report 2024, including (i) the draft financial statements as at December 31, 2024, (ii) the management report and (iii) the certifications pursuant to Art. 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (the TUF);
• the report of the board of statutory auditors;
• the independent auditors' report;
• the report on corporate governance and ownership structure as at December 31, 2024;
• the report on the remuneration policy and compensation paid as at December 31, 2024, and the tables prepared in accordance with Scheme 7 of Annex 3A of Consob Issuers' Regulation no. 11971/1999 (containing on the status of implementation of compensation plans based on financial instruments);
• the information document on the 2025-2027 long-term incentive plan

are available to the public, at the Company's registered office in Milan, Via Giorgio Stephenson no. 43A, on the Company's website (www.generalfinance.it, in the section "Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/2024 Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage at .

It is also announced that, in the same manner, the lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors presented by the shareholder GGH - Gruppo General Holding S.r.l. and, jointly, by the shareholders Investment Club S.r.l., Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo S.p.A., Sofia Holding S.r.l. and Seac Fin S.p.A., are available to the public.
