Result of Annual General Meeting and Notice of Interim Results

B90 Holdings (AIM: B90), an online marketing company for the gaming industry , is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting circulated to shareholders were approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.

The Company will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 and trading update on Monday, 23 September 2024.
