Eneraqua Technologies plc, a specialist provider of energy and water efficiency solutions, announces that the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Dave Routledge, a Non-Executive Director of Eneraqua, was appointed as a Non-Executive Chairman of Saltire Motorcycles Ltd ("Saltire Motorcycles"), which is not connected to Eneraqua, on 19 June 2020. On 31 August 2024, Saltire Motorcycles announced that it had appointed administrators.
