NED'S RESIGNATION AND FINANCIAL UPDATE

Resignation of Ranjit Murugason

The Company has previously announced on 28 March 2024 that Senior NED Ranjit Murugason had notified the board of his intention to resign from the board with an effective date of 28 June 2024. This period for his departure was extended to remain on the board until the cornerstone agreement under negotiation would be signed and finalised.  As this agreement has not completed and further to his resignation on 28 March 2024, Ranjit Murugason has notified the board of his intention leave the board effective immediately

Financial Update

Further to the RNS of 23 August 2024, the Company announces that it continues to work with its restructuring advisers regarding the Company's financial position and pressing creditor matters, and hopes to make a further announcement in this regard as soon as possible.
