SDX announces that its Notice of General Meeting ("GM") has been posted to shareholders today.
The Company's GM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Friday 20 September 2024 at 38 Welbeck Street, London, W1G 8DP.
The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to be held at the later of 11.30 a.m. on Friday 20 September 2024 and the closing of the GM at 38 Welbeck Street, London, W1G 8DP.
