Notice of AGM and Publication of Annual Report
WH Ireland (AIM: WHI), announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024.
A Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for WH Ireland's 2024 AGM is being made by the Company today. The AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 24 Martin Lane, London EC4R 0DR on Monday, 30 September 2024 at 11.00 a.m.
A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts along with a copy of the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.whirelandplc.com - (in the Annual Reports Section and Circulars and Votes Section respectively). Printed copies are being posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies. All shareholders will be sent a hard copy Form of Proxy for use in connection with the AGM.
