Transfer of shares held in Treasury
Hargreaves Services plc (AIM:HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that, on 28 August 2024, a total of 8,249 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred from treasury to satisfy the exercise of options by an employee at an exercise price of 10 pence per share. The options were granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme 2021.
Following the above transfer, 224,149 Ordinary Shares remain in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company are 32,914,607. This latter figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
