Board Changes

Pulsar Group Plc (AIM: PULS), the technology innovator delivering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the global marketing and communications industries, announces that Lisa Gilbert has resigned from the Board of the Company as non-executive director to enable her to pursue new board opportunities. Her resignation is with immediate effect.

Lisa Gilbert, former Non-Executive Director of the Company, said:

"After three rewarding years of serving on the board, during which I have had the privilege of contributing to the company's strategic direction, I have decided to step down.  This decision will allow me to better allocate my time and pursue other NED opportunities. I've enjoyed seeing the progress the company is making towards its goal of serving the industry with audience intelligence to help brands and corporates make better decisions."

Christopher Satterthwaite, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, said:

"The Board would like to thank Lisa for her invaluable service and contribution to the Board. We have greatly appreciated the insight and support she has been able to provide with her wealth of marketing and business knowledge and we offer her our sincere thanks and best wishes."
