Notice of Results

As previously announced, at the time of the Company's admission to trading on AIM on 11 July 2024, Rosebank had not commenced operations, had no material assets or liabilities, and therefore, no financial statements were prepared.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 18 and AIM Rule 19, the Company has amended its first reporting period as disclosed in the Schedule One announcement from the six-month period ending 30 June 2024 (as the Company was incorporated on 31 May 2024, this reporting period would have only been from 31 May 2024 to 30 June 2024 and be for a pre-flotation shell company only) to the twelve-month period ending 31 December 2024.

Simon Peckham, Rosebank Chief Executive, said "We thank all our shareholders for their support in establishing Rosebank. We are now fully focussed on locating our first transaction."
