Woodbois Ltd (AIM:WBI), a leading Company in the international timber industry, provides the following update regarding a notifiable shareholding.

The Company provided notification on 28.6.24 that it believed CHCH Ventures FZ - LLC ("CHCH") held 590,166,700 voting ordinary shares in the Company which represented 14.96% of the current issued voting share capital. Since this date, the Company has received further analysis of its share register and believes the holding of CHCH to have reduced to approximately 191,600,000 voting ordinary shares representing 4.9% of the current issued voting share capital. The Company continues to seek to engage with CHCH to obtain their most recent notifiable interest but has not received any formal confirmations to date.
