Dividend Timetable Correction

The interim dividend details stated in Tribal's Interim Results announcement, released at 7.00am on 20 August 2024 under RNS No 0087B, stated an incorrect Ex-Dividend Date.

The correct Ex-Dividend Date and Record Date for the interim dividend, in respect of the financial period ending 31 December 2024 of 0.65 pence per share is 31 October 2024 and 1 November 2024, respectively.

All other details remain unchanged.
