Gear4music (Holdings) plc ("Gear4music", "the Company" or "the Group"), the largest UK based online retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 and Notice of AGM have been sent to shareholders and are now available on the Company's website  www.gear4musicplc.com   in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The AGM will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 6 September 2024 at the offices of the Company at Holgate Park Drive, York, YO26 4GN.
