Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited ('SREIT' or the 'Company'), the actively managed REIT focused on improving the sustainability performance of buildings to generate higher income, announces that a copy of its 2024 Annual Report and Accounts, incorporating the 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting, has been submitted to the FCA. In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R the documents will be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.  

The 2024 Annual Report and Accounts can also be downloaded from the Company's website at https://www.srei.co.uk or hard copies of this report can be obtained free of charge on request from the Company Secretary, Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited, 1 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU.b    

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 16 September 2024 at 10.30 a.m. at 1 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU.
