Dublin-Ireland, 30 July 2024:  Corre Energy B.V. (Euronext Growth Dublin:CORRE) ("Corre Energy", the "Company"), received notification from Springhill Property Investments (Jersey) Limited that, as of 26th July 2024 following the settlement of new ordinary shares via subscription agreement which took place on 31st May 2024, it holds an interest in 3,316,770 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.0045 each. This represents  4.27%* of the issued share capital of Corre Energy.

*This percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of 77,607,348 ordinary shares.
