Director Appointment
Idox plc (AIM : IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management software and geospatial data solutions to the public and asset-intensive sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Milner as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. Mark will also join the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Mark brings extensive experience as a CEO in both private and FTSE-listed companies, demonstrating success in leading B2B and B2C data, technology, and content businesses. His career highlights include significant achievements in turnarounds, mergers, acquisitions, innovation launches, and the implementation of next-generation and disruptive digital and data strategies.
Currently serving as CEO of Wilmington plc, Mark joined the company in 2019. Prior to this, he held various senior roles at Landmark Information Group and DMGT plc, including Chief Executive Officer of its property information division from 2013 to 2018.
Mark's expertise in contributing to business strategy and his experience with executive teams across the US, UK, Europe and APAC will be invaluable as Idox continues to pursue its strategic goals.
