Director/PDMR Shareholding

Armadale Capital plc, the AIM quoted investment group focused on natural resource projects announces that pursuant to the admission of the new ordinary shares on 19 July 2024 issued in connection with the Company led subscription (the "Subscription") (as announced on 16 July 2024), Matt Bull, Technical Director, subscribed for 14,285,714 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.7 pence per Ordinary Share. 

In addition, and pursuant to the terms of the Subscription, Mr Bull has also been issued 14,285,714 warrants, with each warrant being exercisable within 36 months from admission, at a price of 1.2p per Ordinary Share (the "Warrants"). Each Warrant entitles each Warrant holder the right to subscribe for a further Ordinary Share in the Company. 

Following the above transactions, Matt Bull's beneficial interest in the Company is 62,068,988 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 9.4 per cent. Of the Company's total voting rights. In addition, Mr Bull also holds warrants over 14,285,714 Ordinary Shares.
