Results of General Meeting

Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), the oil & gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of development and production assets in Texas, USA, announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed, as follows:

Accordingly, each of the previous Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each ("Previous Ordinary Share(s)") will be subdivided into one Deferred Share £0.0009 each and one Ordinary Share of £0.0001 each ("New Ordinary Share(s)"). Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur at 8.00am on 18 July 2024.
