FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, announces that on 2 July 2024, the Company formally completed the grant of options over 1,598,275 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.6% of the current issued share capital of the company to 183 employees under a Save As You Earn ("SAYE") scheme. The SAYE scheme was offered to all FRP employees. 35,810 of these SAYE options were granted to Geoffrey Rowley, Chief Executive Officer and Gavin Jones, Chief Financial Officer. Further details of those grants are set out below.

The grants were made pursuant to applications made prior to the MAR mandatory results closed period.
