Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that it has been notified of a share transfer by Fish Hoek Company Investments Limited ("Fish Hoek"). Fish Hoek has transferred its entire holding of ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from one custodian to another custodian (the "Transfer"). Stephen Newton, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is the sole holder of voting shares in, and sole director of, Fish Hoek.

Following the Transfer, Stephen Newton's beneficial ownership remains unchanged at 13,239,895 Ordinary Shares representing 28.0 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
