Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it was notified that on 21 June 2024, Martina McKenzie, MD, Recruitment Ireland sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £ 0. 38 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Martina McKenzie, has a resulting notifiable interest in 544,217 Ordinary Shares.
