Oxford, UK - 01 July 2024:  Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) ("Oxford Biomedica" or "the Company"), a quality and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company's issued share capital as at the close of business on 30 June 2024 consisted of 105,304,986 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Oxford Biomedica at the date of this notice is  105,304,986.

The above figure 105,304,986 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Oxford Biomedica under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
