Issue of Equity
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets , announces that the Company has issued 113,880 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of an exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Plan.
Application has been made for the 113,880 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the dealings in these new Ordinary Shares will commence on 04 July 2024. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the Company will have in issue a total of 218,506,005 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
