As announced on 11 June 2024, resolutions 1 and 2, to receive and adopt the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Accounts") and to approve the Directors Remuneration Report contained within the 2023 Accounts respectively, were not proposed at the AGM. A separate general meeting of the Company will be convened to propose these resolutions and a further announcement will be made in due course.
