Tasty (AIM: TAST), the owner and operator of restaurants in the casual dining sector, announces that its Annual Report for the 53 week period ended 31 December 2023 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been published and are available to download from the Company's website at dimt.co.uk/investor-relations/. Hardcopies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available on request.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Wildwood Restaurant, 35-36 Bow Street, London, WC2E 7AU on 22 July 2024 at 10.00 a.m.
