Board Change

Ukrproduct announces that Jack Rowell has retired from the Board as of 19 June 2024 following a 19 year tenure as Chairman.  The remaining members of the  Board wish to place on record their appreciation for Jack Rowell's service to the Company from admission to AIM of the Company to the present and wish him well for the future.

The Company will immediately begin a search for a replacement independent Non-Executive Chairperson but until a suitable candidate is identified and appointed , Sergey Evlanchik has agreed to become temporary Chairman , with immediate effect, in addition to his role as Executive Director of Ukrproduct.
