NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRS") AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

GRANTS UNDER THE RASPBERRY PI 2024 LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP")

The Company announces that on 11 June 2024 the following PDMRS were granted awards under the Company's LTIP. Details of the awards are set out below.

The awards were granted in the form of market value options and nil-cost options and will vest, subject to continued employment, on the third anniversary of the grant date. No consideration was paid for any of the awards. The following amounts are payable upon exercise of the awards:

1)    market value options, a per share exercise price of £2.80;

2)    nil-cost options, no consideration.
