Total Voting Rights

Learning Technologies Group plc, provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that on 13 June 2024, an employee was transferred 125,000 shares from the Group's Employee Benefit Trust following an exercise of options.

LTG now holds 179,340 shares in the Employee Benefit Trust. Voting rights and dividend entitlements have been waived for those shares. The figure of 790,980,682 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
