Change of name effective

More Acquisitions (LSE: TMOR) is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 3 May 2024, the Company has now formally changed its name from More Acquisitions Plc to Pristine Capital Plc at Companies House and a Certificate of Incorporation on the change of name has been issued.

The change of name and the change of Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") from TMOR to PRIS will take effect on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on the 17 June 2024.

In conjunction with the change of name, the Company's website address will shortly change to www . pristinecapitalplc.com .

The ISIN and SEDOL numbers for the Company's ordinary shares will remain unchanged as GB00BMWKKM32 and BMWKKM3 respectively.

Shareholders are unaffected by the changes and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained.
