Iofina plc, manufacturers of specialty chemical products and specialists in the exploration and production of iodine, held its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today.

All resolutions proposed at the AGM, as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 15 May 2024, were duly passed.
