Notice of Adjourned Annual General Meeting

Sound Energy, the transition energy company,   announces that further to the announcement made this morning the Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been adjourned and will be re-convened on Friday, 28 June 2024 at 1pm at 20 St Dunstan's Hill, London EC3R 8HL.  

The new deadline for the submission of votes by proxy to the Company's registrar will be 1:00pm on 26 June 2024. Proxies already submitted will remain valid for the new date of the AGM unless superseded by a new proxy.

Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at  www.soundenergyplc.com .

In order to ensure that shareholders who cannot attend in person are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the Company will provide access online through the Investor Meet Company platform. However, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the Meeting and are therefore urged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.

Following the conclusion of the AGM, the Company will present an overview of its activities. This will be live streamed through the Investor meet platform. Shareholders are invited to pre submit questions to the Company in advance of the presentation via the Investor Meet Company Platform up to 9.00am on the 27 June 2024, being the day before the AGM and Presentation. Questions already submitted for today's meeting will be addressed at the presentation on 28 June 2024. Shareholders who wish to attend the AGM and presentation proceedings online should register for the meeting in advance via the following Investor Meet link:
