APQ Global Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey (company registration number 62008) which is listed on The International Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on AIM, today announces that it has changed its registered office address to 1st Floor, Tudor House, Le Bordage, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1DB with effect from 13th June 2024.

Furthermore, the Company announces that it has appointed Beauvoir Limited as its resident agent and registered office provider ("RORA"), Company Secretary and Corporate Service Provider for the Company with effect from 3rd June 2024.
