For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), TruFin notifies the market of the following:

Further to the issue of 25,000 ordinary shares of 91 pence each ("Shares") under the Company's block admission of 2,033,333 Shares announced on 12 April 2024, as of 31 May 2024 the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 105,861,687 Shares, all of which carry one voting right per Share. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.

The figure of 105,861,687 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the DTRs.
