Oslo, 19 March 2025:

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Energeia AS (the “Company”) on 27 February 2025 and 12 March 2025 regarding the subsequent offering of up to 556,166,380 new shares ("Offer Shares"), each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02, at a subscription price of NOK 0.05 per Offer Share (the "Subsequent Offering").

The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering (the "Subscription Period") will expire today, 19 March 2025 at 16:30 hours (CET).

Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by Norne Securities AS (the "Manager"), or in the case of online subscriptions, be registered by the expiry of the Subscription Period.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
