Correction of Total Voting Rights

System1, the marketing decision-making platform www.system1group.com , announces that the total voting rights disclosed on 28 May 2024 was incorrect and should be disregarded. The correct total voting rights disclosure is below.

The Company holds 537,700 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares and its total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is now 12,689,073, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, System1 Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
