AGM Resolutions

Portmeirion Group PLC, the owner, designer, manufacturer and omni-channel retailer of leading homeware brands in global markets, confirms that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.  Resolutions 14 and 15 were withdrawn prior to the meeting as set out in the announcement released earlier today.
