Appointment of Joint Broker
Electric Guitar PLC (LSE: ELEG), the digital marketing and advertising company providing first-party data solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Global Investment Strategy UK Limited ("GIS") as a joint broker to the Company with immediate effect. GIS worked alongside existing brokers Allenby Capital and Axis Capital Markets in the Company's recent successful fundraising and admission to trading on AIM.
