Change of Auditor
The Company's auditors, Moore Stephens Audit & Assurance (Jersey) Limited have informed Sancus that they are required to resign as the Company's auditor for technical reasons relating to the Company's Zero Dividend Preference Shares being listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. They have informed the Company that there are no circumstances connected with their resignation that need to be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company. The Company is in the process of appointing Moore Kingston Smith LLP as its new auditor.
The Company expects to release its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2023 in late
June 2024.
