Update re: Admission of Subscription Shares

Armadale Capital Plc (TIDM:ACP), an AIM quoted investment company focused on natural resource projects, refers to its announcement of 24 April 2024. The Company wishes to advise that the application to admit 91,428,562 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Subscription Shares") to trading on AIM has been delayed ("Admission").

The total number of ordinary shares in issue and voting rights, being 587,529,895, remain unchanged.

The Company will provide a further update on the revised Admission date in due course.
