Director/PDMR Shareholding

​

Further to the announcement on 10 May 2024, the Company has been informed that Philip Machray, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased a further 75,000 Ordinary Shares of 28 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Mr Machray purchased the Ordinary Shares at a price of 65.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, on 10 May 2024, Mr Machray transferred an aggregate of 87,813 Ordinary Shares to his spouse, Lisa Machray and to his children, each of whom is considered a Person Closely Associated with Mr Machray as defined by the Market Abuse Regime, for nil cost.

Mr. Machray now has an interest in 346,546 Ordinary Shares representing 1.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
