Company Announcement

£2,000,000,000 Secured Medium Term Note Programme

(the "Programme")

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions set out in the Trust Deed related to the Programme.

We refer to the series of notes as described in Annex 1 (the "Notes").

The Issuer has prepared this announcement pursuant to:

(i)	a deed of appointment and resignation of share trustee dated 18 January 2024;
(ii)	a deed of appointment of additional trustee dated 16 February 2024 effective from the 1 February 2024;
(iii)	a servicer agreement dated 8 February 2024 effective from the 1 February 2024.

Truva Share Trustee Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England & Wales under number 12641462 with registered address at Third Floor, 30 Bedford Street, London, England, WC2E 9ED ("TST"), has been appointed as share trustee to the Issuer effective from 18 January 2024.

Truva Trust Corporation Plc, a company incorporated under the laws of England & Wales under number 13327899 with registered address at Third Floor, 30 Bedford Street, London, England, WC2E 9ED ("TTC"), has been appointed as co-trustee for the Programme effective from the 1 February 2024 in accordance with clause 20.5 (Co-Trustees) of the Trust Deed.

Truva Corporate Administration Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England & Wales under number 12642399 with registered address at Third Floor, 30 Bedford Street, London, England, WC2E 9ED ("TCAL"), has been appointed as co-servicer for the Programme. TCAL will act as the lead servicer for the Programme and any series of notes issued under the Programme after the date of this notice.

As a consequence of these appointments, the Listing Particulars has been amended to reflect the changes. The selling restrictions language in the Listing Particulars has also been updated.
