Share buyback program 2024 – 2026 – Interim Report No. 16

In the period from 10 March 2025 to 14 March 2025, a total of 172,890 shares were purchased under the share buyback program of RWE Aktiengesellschaft, the start of which was announced on 27 November 2024.

The shares were purchased by a credit institution commissioned by the company as follows:
