Warsaw, March 18, 2025 – LM PAY SA, a company listed on the Primary Market of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange (ISIN: PLLMPAY00016), specializes in providing financing solutions for medical, dental, and aesthetic treatments. On March 13, 2025, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw registered an increase in the company’s share capital from PLN 3,103,895.00 to PLN 3,171,735.00. This increase was achieved through the issuance of 13,568 new series C shares as part of the company’s motivation program. Consequently, the total number of shares now amounts to 634,347.
