Temporary Interruption of Share Repurchase Programme
Due to its Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held on May 8, 2025, Alzchem Group AG temporarily interrupts its share repurchase programme as published by announcement dated November 29, 2024.
In order to call its Annual Shareholders Meeting orderly and to pay any dividend resolved by the shareholders properly, the share repurchase programme will be interrupted (including each date)
– from March 18 until March 27, 2025, and
– from May 6 until May 13, 2021.
