Notice of call for the Annual General Meeting and publication of the 2024 Annual Report and other documents
Amsterdam, 17 March 2025 – Cementir Holding N.V. announces that the meeting notice and the explanatory notes of the Annual General Meeting called for 28 April 2025 in Amsterdam are made available on the Company's website www.cementirholding.com in the section "Governance/ Shareholders' Meetings".
It should also be noted that the 2024 Annual Report, including also information pursuant to the Dutch Corporate Governance Code, the Remuneration Report and the information required in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, is made available in the same section "Governance/ Shareholders' Meetings" of the Company's website.
