Posting of notice of AGM
Pulsar Group (AIM: PULS), the technology innovator delivering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the global marketing and communications industries, announces that its Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at will be held at 10:30am on Friday 31 May 2024 at the offices of Cavendish, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.
New auditors were appointed by the Company during 2023 to audit its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 November 2023. It is anticipated that the Company's audited results will be released within the next two weeks.
