Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the professional services group, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 is available to view on the Group's website at: www.rbgholdings.co.uk/investor-relations/reports-documents-and-circulars/ 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be published on the Group's website shortly. The AGM will be held at the offices of the Group, 6th Floor, 165 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DY, on 19 June 2024 at 2.00pm (BST).

Shareholders who have opted to continue to receive shareholder documents in hard copy form will receive copies of the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report and Accounts from the Group.
