Notice of Close of Offer to Further Applications

The Company announces that the Offer   for Subscription for up to £40 million of B Ordinary Shares with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £20 million of B Ordinary Shares (the "Offer") will close at 5.00pm on Tuesday 7 May 2024 which is the deadline for receipt of applications and cleared funds .

The final allotment of shares under the Offer will be held on Wednesday 8 May 2024.
