Voting Rights and Capital

During the month of March 567 shares were allotted to Link Market Services Trustees Limited for dividends awarded under the Treatt plc Share Incentive Plan.  This allotment was satisfied via the Company's existing block listing arrangement. Therefore, Treatt's capital consists of 61,209,761 ordinary shares with voting rights. The number of shares held in the Employee Benefit Trust and Treatt SIP, under which voting rights are waived, is 486,594.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Treatt is 60,723,167.

The above figure ( 60,723,167 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
